In this research, for the first time were six flavonoid glycosides isolated from the methanol extract of Acaciamangium leaves by chromatography methods. Based on the data of MS and NMR spectral analysis combined with the comparison with reported spectral data, structures of these compounds were elucidated and they were respectively kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)]-Oβ-D-galactopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)]-O-β-Dgalactopyranoside, afzelin, quercitrin, astragalin and isoquercetin.
