Trong thời đại hiện nay, việc truyền đạt thông tin từ nhà trường tới sinh viên vẫn là một thách thức đối với nhiều cơ sở giáo dục. Nhận thấy điều này, mục tiêu của hệ thống đề xuất là cung cấp cho sinh viên một phương tiện tiếp cận thông tin từ nhà trường một cách nhanh chóng và tiện lợi, nhằm giải quyết vấn đề hạn chế này. Bằng cách áp dụng công nghệ Zalo Mini App, hệ thống được phát triển nhằm tối ưu hóa thời gian và tài nguyên của cả nhà trường và sinh viên. Chính vì sự tiện lợi của nền tảng này, Đoàn Thanh niên Trường Đại học Quốc tế - Đại học Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh nhận thấy các tiềm năng của nền tảng này và đề xuất một ứng dụng kết nối thông tin hiệu quả với tên gọi IU Youth Mini App. Ứng dụng sử dụng công nghệ React để tự động cập nhật thông tin từ trang web trường và cung cấp trực tiếp các thông báo và sự kiện cho người dùng trên Zalo. Kết quả là các thông tin được cập nhật đầy đủ và chính xác từ phía nhà trường, đồng thời hỗ trợ sinh viên truy cập các thông tin quan trọng khác như bảng điểm. Qua đó, hệ thống đã đạt được mục tiêu ban đầu của mình và mang lại lợi ích đáng kể cho cả cộng đồng sinh viên và nhà trường.

The dissemination of information f-rom educational institutions to students continues to be a struggle for many schools in the modern era. Therefore, the purpose of our proposed system is to accomplish the objective of providing students with a method that is both speedy and convenient for getting information f-rom the school in order to overcome this limitation. Through the utilization of Zalo Mini App technology, the system was built to maximize the utilization of both the institution's time and resources, as well as those of the students. The Youth Uni-on of the International University - National University, Ho Chi Minh City sees the potential of this platform and presents an effective information connection application that is called the IU Youth Mini App, which is made possible by the platform's ease. This application makes use of the React technology to automatically up-date information f-rom the school's website. Additionally, it gives students on Zalo with immediate notifications and events pertaining to the school. A consequence of this system is that the information is completely up to date and accurate f-rom the perspective of the school, while also supporting students in gaining access to other essential information such as grades and other details. To sum up, the system has successfully reached its primary objective and provided substantial advantages to both the students and the institution.
