Cultural industry is a specific industry because of which the product is culture and the cultural products are created by using industrial methods. Cultural industry is belong to both the economic categories and cultural category, thus, it has shown the economic functions as well as cultural functions. To develop cultural industries, it needs to: promote educational awareness on cultural industry; create a cultural socio-economic environment; create a cultural market; innovate and perfect the cultural institutions and institutions for development of cultural industry; promote the training and fostering the human resources, focus on learning experience of other countries and enhance international cooperation on the development of cultural industry.
