Rối loạn lo âu lan toả (RLLALT) đặc trưng bởi sự lo lắng quá mức và không kiểm soát được. RLLALT thường gặp ở thanh thiếu niên, tỷ lệ trong cộng đồng là 2,2%-3,6%. Mục tiêu: mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng RLLALT ở thanh thiếu niên. Đối tượng phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang 51 người bệnh trong độ tuổi thanh thiếu niên từ 10 đến 19 tuổi, được chẩn đoán rối loạn lo âu lan tỏa theo tiêu chuẩn của ICD 10, đến khám và điều trị tại Viện Sức khỏe Tâm thần, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ 8/2020 đến tháng 5/2021. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình là 15,25 ± 2,22. Tỉ lệ nữ : nam xấp xỉ 1,8 : 1. Nhóm triệu chứng cảm xúc có mức độ nặng cao nhất, điểm trung bình là 13,41. Triệu chứng rối loạn thần kinh thực vật ở nhóm thanh thiếu niên gặp ở mức độ trung bình và mức độ giảm dần theo lứa tuổi. triệu chứng “khó tập trung hoặc đầu óc trống rỗng” có mức độ nặng lớn nhất trong số tất cả các triệu chứng được nghiên cứu. Điểm số HAMA trung bình của thanh thiếu niên trong nghiên cứu là 17,12 ± 9,71. Kết luận: Các triệu chứng về cảm xúc là nhóm triệu chứng thường gặp nhất ở RLLALT thanh thiếu niên, các triệu chứng về rối loạn thần kinh thực vật ít phổ biến hơn và mức độ giảm dần theo tuổi.

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is c-haracterized by excessive and uncontrollable anxiety. GAD is common in adolescents, the prevalence in the community is 2.2%-3.6%. Objectives: to describe clinical c-haracteristics of GAD in adolescents. Method: cross-sectional description of 51 adolescents aged 10 to 19 years, diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder according to ICD 10 criteria, who came to the Institute of Mental Health, Bach Mai for examination and treatment f-rom 8/2020 to 5/2021. Results: Mean age was 15.25 ± 2.22. The ratio of female: male is approximately 1.8: 1. Emotional symptoms group has the highest severity, the average score is 13.41. Symptoms of neurovegetative disorders in adolescents are moderate and the severity decreases with age. The symptom of “difficulty concentrating or feeling that your mind “goes blank” was the most severe of all the symptoms studied. The average HAMA score of adolescents in the study was 17.12 ± 9.71. Conclusion: Emotional symptoms are the most common symptom group in adolescent, autonomic symptoms are less common and their severity decreases with age.
