The principle of democratic centralism in the work of Party building includes basic content: minority shall follow the majority; the party's supreme body is the congress; the party central agencies shall be elected directly in congress; party members strictly follow the Party's congress and equivalent organs at central of local levels. Being loyal to Lenin's views, the Party's cognition is consistent that democratic centralism is a unified, inseparable and interconnected principle. This principle is mentioned in the 9th Article of the Rules of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
