There are Catholic villages in the traditional village system of Viet people in the Red River delta. These villages are cultural products on processing of propagation of the Catholicism in Vietnam. In the process of introducing and developing in Vietnam, the Catholicism created a typical culture through establishing the Catholic villages which co-exist with the other Viet's villages until the present time. The Catholic villages have both political institutional organizations as Vietnamese traditional villages and the differences marked by religious institutional organizations. This article mentioned the process of establishing the Catholic villages in the Red River delta and the political - religious institutions through village conventions.
