Purpose: To analysis the results of treament of humeral ron-unioo by plate osteosynthesis and iliac bone graft. Methods: Records of 39 patients were reviewed retrospectively and prospectively. Results: The average duration of follow-up was 29 months. The overall furdional outcome was evaluated with the scale of Neer: excellent: 27 pts (69,2 percent), good: 7 pts (17,9 percent), fair: 4 pts (10,3 percent) and poor: 1 pt (2,6 percent). Conclusions: Operative plate osteosynthesis and iliac bone graft: is the effective option to treat humeral non-union.
