This study aims to evaluate the effect of electrical acupuncture in treating cerebral hemisphere hemorrhage aphasia after the acute period and side effects of the method. The results indicated that: 80 percent of patients had improved Orgogoro index and 63,4 percent of patients had improved the assessment of aphasia and related disorders index by Goodglass and Kaplan. The differences in the point of Orgogozo index and the assessment of aphasia and related disorders index by Goodglass and Kaplan before and after treatment was 29.67 + or - 12.73 va 0.93 + or - 0.83 (p 0.01). Conclusion: Electrical acupuncture had the effect of language rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemisphere hemorrhage after the acute period and no side effects were found on clinic.
