In Vietnam, the stock market, as a medium and long-term capital channel for the economy, has helped companies to access low cost capital for production and business. In the period of 2015 - 2022, the total amount of capital raised from the stock market continuously increased, especially through the issuance of corporate bonds. However, from mid-2020 until now, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the continuation of a tight monetary policy, companies have faced many difficulties. The article focuses on studying the state of capital mobilization by listed companies through the issuance of stocks and bonds in the stock market in the period of 2015 - 2022. Thereby, the article evaluates the changes in the method of capital mobilization by companies and proposes solutions to help companies to access capital mobilization channels from the market.
