Integrating Hanoi kindergartens with family and society is now the norm and it is effective. The integration of school with family is greater than that of school with society but the difference is not significant. The advantages of integration are increased recognition in families and society of the importance of preschool education, the abundance of materials and media that addresses taking care of and educating children and the need for dedicated and devoted teachers. The disadvantages include parents spending an insufficient amount of time with their children, a lack of integration between institutions, the limited amount of capital available for the schools and the high number of children.
