Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng của bệnh nhân thoái hoá khớp gối tại bệnh viện Đa khoa Mê Linh. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng ngẫu nhiên trên 60 bệnh nhân trên 40 tuổi được chẩn đoán xác định thoái hoá khớp gối giai đoạn I và II tại bệnh viện đa khoa Mê Linh từ tháng 1/2021 đến hết tháng 10/2021. Kết quả: Tuổi mắc thoái hóa khớp của bệnh nhân nghiên cứu chủ yếu ở độ tuổi trên 60 tuổi (75%), nữ nhiều hơn nam (75% so với 25%), hầu hết đều là công nhân và nông dân (28,3% và 31,7%). Đa số bệnh nhân nghiên cứu có BMI ở mức bình thường (83,4%). Triệu chứng lâm sàng thường gặp nhất là đau khớp gối (100%), kế đến là phá gỉ khớp (65%) và lục cục khi cử động (55%). Hình ảnh Xquang thường quy cho thấy thoái hóa khớp gối độ II chiếm đa số ở bệnh nhân nghiên cứu và hai bên gối (50% gối trái và 43,3% gối phải). Hình ảnh siêu âm cho thấy có biểu hiện tràn dịch khớp trên siêu âm là 35% ở gối trái và 26,7% ở gối phải. Kết luận: Bệnh nhân thoái hoá khớp thường là nữ, trên 60 tuổi, có BMI bình thường, triệu chứng thường gặp là đau khớp gối, phá gỉ khớp, lục cục khớp gối. Cận lâm sàng thường có hình ảnh Xquang thoái hoá khớp gối độ II, có tràn dịch khớp gối trên siêu âm.

Describe clinical and subclinical characteristics of patients with knee osteoarthritis at Me Linh General Hospital. Subjects and methods: A randomized clinical intervention study on 60 patients over 40 years of age with a definitive diagnosis of stage I and II knee osteoarthritis at Me Linh General Hospital from January 2021 to October 2021. Results: The age of patients with osteoarthritis in the study was mainly over 60 years old (75%), with the higher percentage of women (75% compared with 25%), most of them are workers and farmers (28.3% and 31.7%). Most of the study patients had normal BMI (83.4%). The most common clinical symptom is knee pain (100%), followed by morning stiffness (65%) and crepitus (55%). X-ray images show that grade II knee osteoarthritis is predominant in the studied patients and both knees (50% of the left knee and 43.3% of the right knee). The ultrasound image showed that there was a joint effusion on ultrasound in 35% in the left knee and 26.7% in the right knee. Conclusion: Osteoarthritis patients are usually female, over 60 years old, have normal BMI, common symptoms are knee pain, morning stiffness, and crepitus. Subclinical often has X-ray image of knee osteoarthritis grade II, with knee effusion on ultrasound.
