Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that relatively more silent than other head and neck cancerous tumors. Objective: Describe the clinical and CT scanning features compared with operation. Materials and methods: A prospective study from 2 patients were diagnosed of the hypopharyngeal cancer and have oparated. Results and discusion: The comparision of the diagnosis lessions in out of the hypopharynx and esophagus on the clinicals and CT scanner with the operation were lower with accuracy 96 percent. The lessions expanded on the lingual base, invaded into the near area of hypopharynx have had similar results (p0.05). Conclusion: The exact of the diagnosis on the clinical and CT scanner were 96 percent.
