Some experiments were described for application of nuclear transplantation's technique on Clarias fuscus. Glass micropipets of 50 diameter were made and shapped by microsmithy. About 300 nuclei from the cells of early blastura were transfered into the activated eggs. Cleavage of 10 of eggs indicate some activities of transfered nuclei
