Objective: To define the relationship between recurrent shoulder dislocation frequency with the morphology of labrum tear. Patients and method: retrospective study in 55 patient underwent arthroscopic treatment for labrum tear due to recurrent shoulder dislocation. Results: There is a significant relationship between the recurrent shoulder dislocation frequency with the size of labrum tear with p 0,05. There is no significant relationship between the recurrent shoulder dislocation with the location and type of labrum tear. Conclusion: The relationship between recurrent shoulder dislocation frequency and the morphology of labrum tear is significant.
