In the trend of economic transformation, Thanh Hoa province is appearing more and more industrial zones and economic zones. Thereby, it lead to the inevitable demand of trained human resources with huge scale,' rich in careers and training levels. With a network of professional and vocational schools available, Thanh Hoa is capable of organizing the training to meet the needs of the scale of human resources for economic zones and industrial parks through 2020 . To meet the training needs of human resources high quality, the next year they should have a clear strategy, adequate and specific, especially for those sectors peculiarity of Nghi Son economic zone. Link training to labor demand of economic zones and industrial parks,' content innovation, training programs,' develop mechanisms and policies to encourage. links between training institutions and employers now. Besides, they should have remuneration policies and attract tal{!nted people trained in the universities of nation and abroad.
