Application of Precast Prestressed concrete structures to protect the bank of great rivers in delta urban areas are distinctly effective as: horizontal load resistant greater normal concrete structures normal, so to take advantage of best pull capable work of reinforcing and concrete compression, reduced a lot weight ofbuilding; take advantage of the land fund, reduce the cost of land clearance; easy construction, does not need large plan; used topographic conditions of different geology, especially the weak geological phenomena of sand shifting, sand flowing. Problem arises when using piles to reinforcement, if piles is too long then the expensive, short piles do not make any stability. So should have reasonable anchor solution, from which determine length of piles just enough to still ensure durability and and its transposition still remained within the allowable limit. In this paper, the author studied for a real project, from which a number of results and the results can be used as a document to refer to the river has similar geology, topography.
