Xác định các yếu tố liên quan đến tử vong cho trẻ sơ sinh tại khoa Hồi sức Sơ sinh (HSSS). Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang, tiền cứu Kết quả: Có 552 trường hợp thỏa tiêu chuẩn được đưa vào nghiên cứu. Tỷ lệ tử vong trong nghiên cứu là 23,6%. Các yếu tố nguy cơ liên quan đến tử vong trong 24 giờ đầu nhập khoa HSSS bao gồm tuổi thai < 37 tuần (OR 1,71, KTC 95% [1,13- 2,59], p=0,01), điểm số Apgar lúc 5 phút <7 (OR 2,8, KTC [1,82- 4,30], p<0,001), phù cứng bì lúc nhập khoa HSSS (OR 4,66, KTC 95% [1,92- 11,34], p=0,001), sốc trong 12 giờ đầu nhập khoa HSSS (OR 5,91, KTC 95% [3,83- 9,12], p<0,001). Các yếu tố nguy cơ liên quan đến tử vong trong thời gian điều trị tại khoa HSSS bao gồm: thời gian thở máy kéo dài (OR 1,7, KTC 95% [1,13 – 2,56]), nuôi ăn tĩnh mạch kéo dài (OR 2,81, KTC 95% [1,83 – 4,29]), nhiễm khuẩn huyết (NKH) bệnh viện (OR 3,09, KTC 95% [1,99 – 4,77]). Kết luận: Các yếu tố liên quan tử vong tại khoa HSSS bao gồm sinh non, Apgar lúc 5 phút < 7, sốc trong 12 giờ đầu, phù cứng bì, thở máy kéo dài, nuôi ăn tĩnh mạch kéo dài, NKH bệnh viện.

The aim of this study was to determine the risk factors of mortality in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Method: Cross- sectional study. Results: Of 552 neonatates meeting the criteria, mortality rate was 23.6%. Univariable analysis shows that gestational age <37 weeks (OR 1.71, 95% CI [1.13- 2.59], p=0.01), low Apgar score (OR 2.8, 95% CI [1.82- 4.30], p<0,001), sleroderma at admission (OR 4.66, 95% CI [1.17 - 2.77], p=0.001), shock within 12 hours of admission (OR 5.91; 95% CI [3.83- 9.12], p<0.001) were the risk factors of in-hospital death. Besides, other risk factors happening in hospital included prolong machanical ventilation, prolong parenteral nutrition, health-care associated infection were associated to in-hospital mortality. Conclusion: Gestational age <37 weeks, low Apgar score, sleroderma, shock within 12 hours of admission, prolong machanical ventilation, prolong parenteral nutrition, health-care associated infection were risk factors of in-hospital death in NICU.
