Hệ vật liệu từ hai chiều có các tham số tới hạn thực nghiệm thường biểu hiện khác thường, không thuộc lớp phổ quát Ising cũng như không thuộc lớp phổ quát XY mà có giá trị từ lớp phổ quát Ising đến lớp phổ quát XY. Để nghiên cứu chuyển pha của những vật liệu này người ta đưa ra mô hình XYhq.Tính chất chuyển pha của mô hình XYhq đã được nghiên cứu bằng lý thuyết tái chuẩn hóa và mô phỏng số.Các tác giả đã chỉ ra trong mô hình này với q ≤ 4 chỉ có một chuyển pha bậc hai, với q> 4 có chuyển pha KT tuỳ thuộc vào giá trị của q. Tuy nhiên, các tham số tới hạn thực nghiệm có những bất thường với cả vật liệu bất đẳng hướng q ≤ 4. Do đó, chúng tôi khảo sát sự chuyển pha của XYh3 phụ thuộc vào trường tinh thể bất đẳng hướng h3 bằng phương pháp mô phỏng Monte Carlo. Kết quả chỉ ra sự chuyển pha của XYh3 phụ thuộc vào cường độh3, với h3> 0.01 mô hình có một chuyển pha bậc 2 và nhiệt độ chuyển pha giảm khi cường độ trường tinh thể giảm;h3 ≤ 0.01 mô hình vẫn có một chuyển pha bậc hai, nhưng nhiệt độ chuyển pha không đổi và bằng nhiệt độ chuyển pha KT.

Two dimensional magnetic materials have experimental critical exponents that often have different critical exponent, not belonging to the Ising universal class nor to the XY universal class, but their values lies in a “universal window”, bounded by the Ising and XY critical exponent. The XYhq model is introduced to study these materials. Theoretically, XYhq model has been studied by using renormalization group and numerical simulation. In this model, the authors have shown for q≤ 4, it has only the Ising phase transition; for q> 4, it has KT phase transition depending on the value of q. However, experimental critical exponents have unusual behavior even with anisotropy q ≤ 4. Therefore, we study the phase transition phenomena of XYh3 model depending on the intensity of anisotropic crystal fields (h3) using extensive Monte Carlo simulation. The results show that the phase transition of XYh3 depends on the intensity of h3 for h3> 0.01 the model has a second-order phase transition and the phase transition temperature decreases as the crystal field strength decreases; for h3 ≤ 0.01 The model still has a second-order phase transition, but the phase transition temperature is constant and equal to the KTphase transition temperature.
