Đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống ở trẻ nghe kém sau cấy ốc tai điện tử tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương, năm 2020-2021

Cấy ốc tai điện tử, Trẻ em, Chất lượng cuộc sống

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu can thiệp so sánh trước sau không đối chứng này nhằm đánh giá sự thay đổi chất lượng cuộc sống ở 36 trẻ em cấy ốc tai điện tử tại bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương năm 2020 - 2021. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ câu hỏi KINDL cho nhóm trẻ 2 - 6 tuổi và 7 - 10 tuổi nhằm đánh giá điểm chất lượng cuộc sống của trẻ trước khi cấy ốc tai điện tử, sau cấy 3 tháng, 6 tháng và 12 tháng. Kết quả cho thấy điểm chất lượng cuộc sống tăng có ý nghĩa thống kê ở hầu hết các khía cạnh sau 3 tháng, 6 tháng, 12 tháng cấy ốc tai điện tử so với trước khi cấy ốc tai điện tử. Ở nhóm 2 - 6 tuổi, tổng điểm chất lượng cuộc sống trước khi cấy, sau cấy 3 tháng, 6 tháng và 12 tháng lần lượt là 42,5; 54,7; 69,4 và 73,7. Sự cải thiện điểm chất lượng cuộc sống có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05). Tương tự, ở nhóm trẻ 7 - 10 tuổi, tổng điểm chất lượng cuộc sống đã cải thiện đáng kể, có ý nghĩa thống kê tại 3 thời điểm (3, 6, 12 tháng) sau cấy ốc tai điện tử so với trước cấy ốc tai điện tử. Nghiên cứu cho thấy độ tuổi khi cấy ốc tai điện tử và tuổi phát hiện nghe kém tương quan nghịch có nghĩa thống kê với tổng điểm chất lượng cuộc sống 12 tháng sau cấy ốc tai điện tử ở nhóm trẻ 2 - 6 tuổi, lần lượt r = -0,517 (p = 0,004) và r = -0,633 (p < 0,001). Không tìm thấy sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê về giới tính trẻ với điểm chất lượng cuộc sống ở bất kỳ thời điểm nào sau cấy ốc tai điện tử ở tất cả trẻ tham gia nghiên cứu.
