Results: The common clinical features are abdominal pain (30.1 percent), abdominal enlargement (28.8 percent); in late stage, the most symptom is ascite (70.6 percent). Most of ovarian cysts appearance in one side (61.6 percent) with fixed tumor (68.5 percent), tumor diameter from 51mm to 100mm (44.5 percent), the average diameter in ultralsound is 111.3 + or - 47.2 mm. WHO classification: Most patients are in stage /I (56.2 percent). Late stage is accounted for a high proportion (25.3 percent stage III and stage IV is 4.1 percent). Histopathology classification: the common type is serosal papillary carcinoma (37.0 percent) and adenocarcinoma (19.9 percent). Conclusions: Symptoms of ovarian cancer are not specific and silent.
