Climate change is an international urgent social issue. Hai Phong is an coastal city of the northern Vietnam -where usually suffer from impact of climate change such as typhoon, flood... Tien Lang is a coastal Hai Phong district which also bears the impact of climate change. Climate change not only affects to river system, coastal biodiversity and that of mouth of Tien Lang district but it influences economic areas of district such as agriculture, industry, fishing, services, transportation, health service... also that affect on people's health. Therefore, Tien Lang needs to have strategical resolutions to deal with the climate change in areas such as: energy, argriculture, forestry, fishing, community health, transportation... aim to reduce the damage of natural disaster.
