Ketamin is a non-competitive antogonist with NMDA receptors and it can make out behavior changes. This research is to evaluate the effecsts of ketamin at different doses on locomotor activity and social interaction in mice. The research was carried out using 105 healthy male mice, aged 7-8 weeks, and they were randomly divided into 7 groups, included 6 ketamin - injected groups at doses of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 mg/kg/day and a control group injected with saline NaGI 0,9 percent for 14 consecutive days. All of mice were obsereved in special instruments. The results showed that ketamine dosed 10 to 35 mg/kg/day in 14 continuous days did not affect locomotor activity. Whereas ketamine dosed 20 to 35 mg/kg/day impaired social interaction compared with that of the control group.
