According to the WHO report, 20% of children and adolescents suffer from mental disorders, with 50% starting at the age of 14. In Viet Nam, 21.7% of adolescents experience mental healthproblems, of which anxiety and depression disorders are the most common.Ethnic minority students often face academic pressure and difficult living conditions, putting them at higher risk for mental health problems. The survey found that only about 40% of students are properly aware of the importance of mental health, and many lack basic knowledge about the issue. Therefore, it is necessary to experiment with communication activities to raise awareness of mental health care for ethnic minority boarding high school students. This activity will help students identify and deal with psychological problems, thereby creating a safe learning environment and supporting their comprehensive development.
