Organizing professional activities in order to improving teachers' capacities is urgent demand of schools currently. Lesson study is believed to be an innovation which promotes professional development. In Yen Phu primary schools, there were ranges of administrative activities which have been carried out to implement study lesson in professional activities. The results pointed out, study lesson method is appropriate and practicable to current status of Yen Phu School and creates significant change improving professional development of school.
