Effect of substrate, stem cutting length, cutting position and concentration of plant growth regulator on vegetative propagation and and growth of Po/yscias fruticosa (L.) Harms was investigated. Four experiments were conducted in the green house. The results showed that using the rooting medium mixture of 50 percent soil + 50 percent rice husk obtained the highest of shoot height (14.2 cm), stem diameter (0.51 cm), number of leaves/plant (3) and number of roots/plant (4.2). In addition, uing the main stem with 15-20 cm length quickly dipped in for 2000-3000 ppm alpha-NAA solution for 3-5 seconds appeared optimal for growth of Po/yscias fruticosa L. stem cutting.
