Detection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in sinonasal papillomas using realtime polymerase chain reaction. Objectives: Detection DNA HPV in biopsy tissues of sinonasal papillomas. Methods: Indentify DNA HPV in 46 biopsy tissues of sinonasal papillomas using Real-time PCR with 2 primers MY11, MY09 and Gp5+, GP6+. Results: Ratio positive HPV is 63.04 percent, Real-time PCR with consensus PCR primers MY09/11, GP5+/6+ would cast a "wider detection net" for exploratory studies. Conclusion: Detection 63.04 percent HPV in 46 biopsy tissues of sinonasal papillomas using Real-time PCR.
