Activity-guided fractionation led to the isolation of astragalin (kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside) besides two immunosuppressive auronol glucosides from the leaves of Artocarpus tonkinensis. Kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside inhibits the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells.
