Objectives: to evaluate initial about of the efficacy and safety of cerebral endovascular treatment. Patients and method: Treatment intervention studies of 19 patients underwent cerebral endovascular treatment in No.175 Military Hospital from March 2013 to August 2014. Conclusion: Cerebral endovascular treatment is a good choice for the treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. The technical success were 18/21 (85.71 percent,), Death was absent. The technical failure were 3/21 (14.29 percent) (consisting of 1 procedure didn't deliver coils into cerebral aneurysm and 2 procedures of angioplasty and stenting of extra cranial carotid artery stenosis were got neurologic complications).
