In this study, the reaction systems of C3H3 + HCHO and C3H3 + HNCO have been investigated at the CCSD(T)/CBS(T,Q,5)//M06-2X/aug-cc-pVTZ level of theory in conjunction with the kinetic models TST and RRKM/ME. Both reactions can occur by the abstraction mechanism or by the addition mechanism when HCHO or HCNO attacks the C3H3 radical. In terms of energy, the first reaction mechanism is more advantageous due to its lower energy barriers, about 14 - 17 kcal/mol, while the values for the second reaction mechanism are 23 - 26 kcal/moL In terms of kinetics, the rate of the second reaction mechanism is much slower than that of the first reaction mechanism, about 106 times at 300 K and 10 times at 2000 K.
