Experiment compared the growth of tulip imported varieties in Winter-Spring seasons, 2013-2014 in Thai Nguyen, included 4 varieties: lIe de France, Verandi, Strong Gold, and Barcelona (the control). Experimental results showed that the tulip flower varietiesare capable of growing well in Winter-Spring conditions in Thai Nguyen, in which lIe de France variety has the best growth potential, reached 53.76 cm in height and 4.08 cm in stem perimeter. The yields of experimental varieties were higher than the control at the 95 percent confidence level, Strong Gold and lie de Francevarieties had the highest real yield that reached 97.6 and 96.6 flowers per 1 m2. About flower quality: Natural reliability of lIe de France and Verandi varieties reached to daysthat were the most durable tulip varieties of trial participants. The varietiesIle de France and Strong Gold showed the highest economic efficiency (177.656 and 174.255 million VND/100m2/season).
