The article pointed out some issues on the status of the teaching competence training in pedagogical practice of current students. Through practical research results have indicated some underlying causes affecting the quality of teaching competence training in pedagogical practice of current students. On that basis, proposes a number of measures to further improve the work of pedagogical practice of current students.
