From the current situation and experience of nearly 30 years of innovation in the organizational structure of the political system, this article proposed the views and requirements of the innova-tion process of the party's and state's apparatus currently. They are political mission, the main task based on the Party's leadership. It is required the party's and state's apparatus to have supreme objectives for sustainable development in the new context. Remain the Party as strong and worthy position as ruling party is the a prerequisite, basis, principles and objectives of the innovation. The innovation process should carried out in a careful, meticulous, synchronized and consistent manner, showing a high political determination and highly upholding the viewpoint for the common development.
