Determining an inheritor has always been one of the important contents in the inheritance's regulations. The development of the assisted reproductive technologies has increased more opportunities for a couple to have their own off springs. However, this also leads to some problems arising beyond the traditional understanding of who is entitled to inherit. A child conceived and born after one of the spouses died is one of examples that should be regulated.
