Introduction: Cystic tumors of pancreas are rare, Their histopathology are complex. They are benign or malign or pre-malign. Pre-operative diagnosis is very difficult. Method: Retrospective research of cystic tumors of pancreas are diagnosed by histopathologic result in the Viet Duc hospital within 5 years (2010-2014). Result: There were 60 patients suffering from cystic tumors of pancreas and composing of 47 women (78 percent) and 13 men (22 percent). There aren't typic clinical symtoms, the most otten symptom is abdominal pain (75 percent), symtoms of advanced tumors or asymtom. Sensivity of echography is 91,7 percent. The CT and MRI can not only diagnose exactly .cystic tumors but also orientate type of tumor. Echoendography was carried out in 16 patients, it could diagnose cystic tumors exactly but it wasn't applied for biopsy and aspring liquid of cyst. Serous cystic neoplasm 28,3 percent, solid-pseudopapillary neoplasm 26,7 percent, malign tumors 23,3 percent... Conclusion: Cystic tumors are rare, they are benign or malign or pre-malign. There is no typic symtoms of tumor. Imagery (ECG, CT, MRI...) can diagnose exactly and help to orientate the treatment.
