Purpose: Presenting subglottic stenosis in the children and the surgical method using laser with the topical Mitomycin - C and the stent of the Montgomery T tube, and then the authors remarked on the advantages, disadvantages and effectiveness of this technic. Methods: Case study of the patients with subglottic stenosis in the Children Hospital 1- Ho Chi Minh City. Results: Two cases subglottic stenosis have recognized good results. Conclusions: Subglottic stenosis is a common disease in the ENT department but still much discussion of treatment. Treating this subglottic stenosis in children is a challenge for the ENT surgeons, using laser and injecting Mitomycin - C and placed a stent with the Montgomery T tube is a good method for high efficiency.
