Objective: Subject aims to determine the rate of drug resistance in tuberculosis relapse, treatment failure and default nalysis of factors associated with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods: Description of cross-section, advanced research on 295 patients including 108 patients relapse, 102 patients fail, out of 85 patients. Results: The rate of drug resistance any group failure is 92.2 percent, the relapse group is 76.9 percent (p 0.01), the default is 82.4 percent. The rate of multiple drug resistance in the failure group (71.6 percent) higher than the relapse group (14.8 percent) and group default (50.6 percent) (p 0.01). Group failure rate any resistance once drug isoniazid, streptomycin, rifampicin and Ethambutol (86.3 percent, 89.2 percent, 76.5 percent, 43.1 percent) higher than the relapse group (62.0 percent, 60.2 percent, 19.4 percent, 15.7 percent)(p 0.01) and higher out of the group (74.1 percent, 74.1 percent, 55.3 percent, 35.3 percent) ( p 0.05, 0.01, 0.01, 0.05). Conclusion: The patients with pulmonary TB failure rate highest drug-resistant bacteria. Related factors have drug-resistant tuberculosis is tuberculosis failure, pulmonary TB default, the X-ray lung have cavity, damage spread of II - III, second drug resistance, with OR (95 percent CI) in turn was 2.9 (2.2 to 4.1) 1.7 (1.3 to 2.1) 2.9 (1.7 to 4.7) 1.4 (1.1 to 1, 7) and 3.1 (1.5 to 6.1).
