Women's involvement in the leadership and management system is considered the basic measurement of the role of women in modem political system. Vietnam State and Communist Party always attach importance to promoting women's role in society and in the political system. From analyzing situation and causes of female positions in the political system, the article proposed solutions to enhance women's political involvement toward helping women overcome social prejudice and family burden and improve their inferiority complex.
