Monitoring the implementation of legislation in the field of complaints is a legal mechanism guarantees the right to the administrative complaint of citizens. Vietnamese law empowers many monitoring entities to settle complaints but generally this operation has not achieved the desired results. The paper analyzes the practical activities to supervise the implementation of legislation in the field of complaints, which explains the causes and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of monitoring the implementation of the law related to complaints.
