Factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists using travel services provided by Lua Viet Tours Limited Liability Company

This study is to review, evaluate and measure the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists when using travel services provided by Lua Viet Tours Limited Liability Company. The study also proposes some governance implications to improve the satisfaction of tourists using Lua Viet Tours Limited Liability Companies tourism services. Descriptive and statistical methods, Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and the regression analysis were employed in this study. The study’s results show that the satisfaction of Lua Viet Tours Limited Liability Companies tourists is affected by five following factors Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. Based on these results, some recommendations are proposed to improve the satisfaction of tourists who use travel services provided by Lua Viet Tours Limited Liability Company.
