Infection of hepatitis C virus has affected to liver functions and blood cells of the chronic hemodialysis disease patients. Objectives: (1) Study blood cell count indices, and (2) Correlation between the HCV infecton and blood cell counts. Methods: Analyse full blood cell count and liver function of 134 patients with CFRD, include 34 patients with HCV(+). Results: Anemia has seen in 84.3 percent, MCV and MCHC were in normal range. There were weak correlation between hemoglobin and protein (r=0.176), MCV and albumin (r=-0.287), however, no correlation between indices of blood cells and liver functions. Conclusion: Anemia was in high frequent in patients, there was no correlation with the infection of HCV.
