According to the author, children who are considered as blind-deaf are those who have lost both sight and hearing; who encounter serious difficulties in terms of the ability to react to the visual and auditory stimulus. The loss of two important senses affects the ability of children, in leaming and communicating. Despite many difficulties, they still have the ability and needs to communicate, develop cognition. However, develop their communication and cognition, these must be specialized skills and especially love and patience of the teachers and employees who directly work with children everyday.
