The paper analyzed the factors affecting the ability to apply VietGAP standards to swine raising at swine breeding farms in Ha Noi city. The findings pointed out that 10 groups with 34 features exerted strong affect on the applicability of VietGAP standards in cattle-breeding; among them, the "breeding hygiene" standard group had the largest effect and the the group while the "flow and consumption linkage" standard group dlowest effect on the applicability of VietGAP standards. Some policy recommendations for improving the applicability of VietGAP standards for swine breeding farms were suggested.
