Food hygiene and safety derived fisheries is a hot issue of current interest in it is worth noting that Common carp, a traditional species is raised in fresh water are more likely to transmit zoonotic metacercaria. To investigate the epidemiological situation we have carried into 1,230 larvae common carp samples collected from 41 tanks with 2 reproductive methods: artificial forms and semi-artificial, 3,600 fry samples from 30 nursing ponds since 1-4 weeks to test metacercaria (ATS) by pressing tissue method. The results showed no prevalence metacercaria at larvae and fry under 2 weeks old. The prevalence metacercaria of fry carp at 3-4 weeks of age is increasing both prevalence and intensity over time. The zoonotic metacercaria species found including 3 species of small intestinal fluke: C.fonnosanus, Hpumilio, Htaichui and a small liver fluke species C.sinensis which C.fonnosanus that parasite only infected in gill and the rate of infection is the most species.
