Skill living is considered vital role for the survival and development of humanity. This article refers to a number of criteria to assess and classify living skills of elementary school pupils. Based on the current situation indicates the expression level of student life skills class 3rd Kim Dong Primary School in Sa Dec city, the authors have proposed two basic measures to improve the quality of education for life skills pupils.
