Nowadays, with the rapid development of the economy and material life, accordingly, customers tend to choose high-quality and safe means of vehicle. Vibration and noise are the two important factors in assessing the quality of a vehicle, in which the vibration factor not only reduces the comfort of passengers but also directly affects the life of the vehicle. Therefore, the study on the calculation method of the vehicle’s structure vibration is a necessary mission. This study applies of Frequency Response Function (FRF) method to analyze the resonance vibration on the THACO TB120S Bus Chassis Frame. The results of the FRF analysis are validated accurately through experimental measurements. FRF analysis shows the frequency that causes structural resonance and resonance amplitude, thereby providing a basis for appropriate design adjustment, contributing to improve the quality of automotive products, and strengthening the product design capabilities.
