The paper presented results from application of Material Flow Analysis (MFA) to quantify of nutrients (Nitrogien and Cacbon) to be lost during tretament process with put controling of operational parameter such as air flow, moisture contents, temperature as well as fecal sludge and organic waste ratio. This caused the pollution situation. reduction of compost quality and high energy consumption. The results of study showed that, MFA can be used as a tool for Management Board of the plant to modifying the operational procedures to improve efficiency of the treatment process, recycling of nutrients from the waste to agriculture as well as to keep better environment for surrounding areas.
