An overview of research on policies to support the development of cooperatives

Bài viết này nhằm tổng quan và đánh giá các công trình nghiên cứu về chính sách hỗ trợ phát triển hợp tác xã. Kết quả tổng quan cho thấy các hướng nghiên cứu trước đây tập trung nghiên cứu về vai trò hợp tác, các mô hình hợp tác xã, kết quả phát triển hợp tác xã; các giải pháp phát triển hợp tác xã từ phía nhà nước, cộng đồng, người dân. Ngoài ra, một số nghiên cứu về chính sách phát triển hợp tác xã thiếu sự tập trung theo cách tiếp cận của nhà nước trong “tạo môi trường cho thành lập, hoạt động và cải thiện sự phát triển bền vững của hợp tác xã ”. Điều này cho thấy được khoảng trống mà các nghiên cứu có thể tiếp tục thực hiện là nghiên cứu các chính sách hỗ trợ phát triển hợp tác xã.
This study presented an overview and evaluated research on policies to support the development of cooperatives. The study found the previous research directions mostly focused on exploring the role of cooperatives, cooperative models, development results of cooperatives, and development solutions for cooperatives from the perspectives of the government, communities, and people. In addition, some research did not explore the government’s approach to creating an environment for the establishment, operation, and sustainable development of cooperatives. It shows that there is a research gap for further studies to explore support policies for the development of cooperatives.
