Dựa vào những nguồn tài liệu nghiên cứu thứ cấp trong tâm lý học và trải nghiệm cá nhân, các tác giả trình bày và bàn luận về cái chết - thường là một chủ đề cấm kỵ trong nhiều nền văn hóa nhưng lại liên quan đến tất cả mọi người. Bắt đầu từ lo âu về cái chết - như một sự phủ nhận, né tranh - rồi đến chấp nhận nó, trải qua các giai đoạn - theo trình tự hay mức độ khác nhau. Sau đó, trình bày và bàn luận về cái chết vủa người thân, cùng với một số thông tin mang tính tư vấn, hướng tới giúp đỡ con người vượt qua nỗi đau buồn (do mất mát).

Based on secondary research resources in psychology and personal experience, the authors present and discuss death - often a taboo topic in many cultures but involve all everyone Starting from anxiety about death - as a denial, avoidance - then accept it, go through stages - in a different order or level. Then, present and discuss the death of loved ones, along with some advisory information, towards helping people overcome grief (due to loss).
