Chính sách phát triển doanh nghiệp luôn gắn liền và là một bộ phận thiết yếu trong chính sách phát triển kinh tế - xã hội chung của đất nước. Việc ban hành và sử dụng những cơ chế, chính sách hợp lý, ổn định và thiết thực nhằm hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp phát triển bền vững và thích ứng với yêu cầu của bối cảnh mới là nhiệm vụ quan trọng của Chính phủ. Bài viết này tập trung phân tích chính sách phát triển doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong 2 lĩnh vực: tài chính và khoa học - công nghệ; trên cơ sở nhận diện những hạn chế, bất cập, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp chính sách cần sớm được thực hiện trong thời gian tới.
The growth of businesses is vital to all economies in the world. Policies on development of enterprises always play an essential role in the socio-economic development policies of a country. In cmrent modem and highly competitive business envữonment, the promulgation and enforecement of reasonable, stable and practical mechanisms and policies to support businesses to grow sustainably and adapt to business envừonment changes are the paramount task of all governments. This paper analyzes the policy system for supporting enterprises in Vietnam in two fields, namely finance and science-technology. The paper points out shortcomings and inadequacies of current policies, thereby proposing some solutions that should be soon implemented in the coming time.
