Three experiments on the growing season, density and fertilizer for alcohol yeast species (Mosla dianthera) were conducted in Luong Thanh, Na Ri district, Bac Kan province in 2012. The results have showed that growing in February reached the highest yield (7.82 tons/ha) and the lowest yield planted in April (5.66 t/ha). Formula number 4 (35 x 30 cm) is the highest yield (9.27 t/ha), and formula number 3 (35 x 25 cm) to the lowest (7.73 t/ha). Fertilizer formulations achieve higher productivity than formula no fertilizer, formula number 5 (40 N + 50 P2O5 + 20 K2O kg/ha) is the highest yield (8.99 t/ha). Thus, cultivation process of alcohol yeast species in Bac Kan province: Cultivation in February with spacing of 35 x 30 cm and fertilizers 5 tons of muck + 40 kg N + 50 kg P2O5 + 20 kg K2O/ha is highest productivity.
